Rather than spending thousands of dollars purchasing A/V equipment, you can rent the specific equipment you require for your case when you need it for a fraction of the cost. Audio Visual Equipment can be expensive to purchase, maintain and store. LawGraphics, Inc. offers Audio Video Equipment Rental to Law Firms to avoid these costs and pass these expenses on to their clients. Each case is different and may require a completely different set of technology tools. We offer a wide variety of equipment including the following:
LCD Projectors are great for displaying documents, illustrations, video evidence and video depositions with synchronized scrolling transcripts.
Easels are used to display Printed Exhibits mounted on Foam-core Boards (usually 36x48 inches) and can be used with flip charts or a white board.
Projection screens reflect a clearer image to the viewer than projecting on a white wall.
Evidence Cameras, Document Cameras and Elmos are used in conjunction with an LCD Projector to display paper documents, physical evidence (zooming in to show detail down to the size of the date on a dime) and some come with a back-light to display medical transparencies.
Audio amplifiers and speakers are used to project the audio from a computer, DVD or audio recording loud enough for the entire courtroom to hear. They can be used in conjunction with LCD Projectors to display video evidence that includes audio. It is common to use this setup to present video depositions with scrolling transcripts on the screen.
All of the appropriate cables are included with the rental equipment to get you up and running in court.
We offer a range of services to assist with the equipment rental. We will deliver equipment to your offices or to the courtroom at the time and date you specify. Delivery and pickup of equipment to any downtown Chicago venue is included in the rental price. If you don't have a staff member that can setup the equipment, we can assist with courtroom setup and tear down. The first 15 minutes of setup and tear down is free of charge. Let us help you with identifying what equipment you will need in order to present your case in the most compelling manner.
